Job summary

Epic's Windows Server Engineering team is seeking a talented engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs. This role is based on our campus near Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area.

You will build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure, blend hands-on engineering with automation and security hardening, and collaborate across teams to support a growing set of

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote apps (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming ability; PowerShell a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
• Automate processes and harden security across the platform while collaborating with cross‑team partners.
