Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a Windows Server Patching Administrator to support a large-scale, bank‑level patching program. The role will primarily patch Windows servers via SCCM and troubleshoot patch failures across SQL, application, and web servers.

The work includes evenings, overnights, weekends, and potential remote off-hours overtime. The candidate should have hands-on SCCM patching experience, be comfortable with Active Directory, and follow established change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience patching Windows servers through SCCM.
• Experience as Windows Server Technician/Administrator/Engineer.
• Comfort following documented processes and troubleshooting as needed.
• Willingness to work onsite and cover nontraditional maintenance hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage Windows server patches using SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and remediate unsuccessful or incomplete patch installations.
• Support patching across SQL, application, and web server environments.
• Work with command-line tools, file permissions, and Active Directory.
• Complete required change-management documentation and reporting.
• Follow established banking, compliance, and patching procedures.
• Participate in scheduled evening, overnight, and weekend maintenance windows.
• Assist with vulnerability-remediation activities as the role expands.
