Job summary

Epic seeks a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate delivery platforms that support employees, customers, and global training on our Madison campus. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup building secure, scalable Windows infrastructure for training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms worldwide.

The role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with IIS web hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell is a plus.
• CI/CD deployment exposure and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer service and cross-team collaboration.
