Epic, based near Madison, WI, is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting Epic staff, customers, and global training programs.
This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross‑team collaboration, with relocation assistance and a path to advanced, scalable Windows environments used worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
- Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that power Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
- Automate infrastructure tasks and implement security hardening across Windows environments.
- Collaborate cross-team to support a growing set of services worldwide.
- Maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure that supports Epic's internal staff and customers.
