Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that empower Epic’s staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows infrastructure for training environments and hosted client systems.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

Qualifications

Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Experience with IIS hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).
Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell experience a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
