Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer for its Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided.

You will design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting Epic staff, customers, and global training programs, blending hands-on infrastructure with automation and security hardening.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, scalable architectures, and ongoing improvements across IIS-hosted apps, remote platforms like Citrix, and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
