Zachary Piper Solutions in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Windows Platform Engineer to support a Navy-Marine Corps program. The role is full-time and onsite, with shift Tue-Sat 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM.

You will maintain Windows Server infrastructure and ensure security, compliance, and reliability for enterprise environments. Requirements include an active Secret clearance, Security+ certification, 2–5 years of IT experience, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows Server patching and IAVA remediation across enterprise environments.
• Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Support lifecycle activities from planning to decommissioning.
• Maintain Windows Server compliance with security controls and policies.
• Identify and resolve OS, patch, and application issues.
• Assist with STIG remediation and cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
