Windows OS Image Engineer Columbus, OH
Experience: 8 to 10 years

Note:
Candidates who can work on Windows OS Customization, with Shell scripting.

Job Summary:

Windows OS Image engineering and Automation specialist with good architecture and design solutioning experience around Windows 10 image design, build, and certification for different hardware types and models. Good knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle and PowerShell automation is also a must. An individual should be passionate about emerging technologies, possess strong architecture and design experience.

Technical Skills:

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows 10 Image Build, Configuration, Test, and Release management.
2. Advanced scripting experience on Windows platform (PowerShell scripting/automation practices).
3. Experience or Knowledge on Radia for Image, software, and patch management.
4. Knowledge of performing PowerShell code testing using Pester.
5. Good Knowledge of the Confluence knowledge Management tool.
6. Good Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM process.
7. Knowledge of application packaging automation with toolsets like Resilio and Ansible.
8. Demonstrate a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Process Skills:

1. Understand customer pain areas, requirements, and respond with design solutions addressing the issues.
2. Understanding of various project phases and delivery milestones defined.
3. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
4. Change Management skillsets for various design and deployment-related activities.

Behavioral Skills:

1. Understanding of customer requirements and interacting with clients to formulate solutions.
2. Act as a Technical SME to support and provide guidance to resolve complex technical issues of projects.

Qualification:
Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college or university. ITIL and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
