Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Software Distribution Analyst (L2/L3) to support packaging, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting across Windows environments. The role emphasizes software distribution, lifecycle management, scripting, and remote end-user engagement.

You will collaborate with IT support teams, vendors, and business users to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Windows OS in enterprise environments.
Experience deploying, updating, and retiring software packages.
Ability to troubleshoot installation failures and conflicts.
Scripting and automation to support deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain software across Windows devices.
Support lifecycle activities: install, upgrade, patch, retire.
Troubleshoot deployment and installation issues.
Create and update KBs and SOPs for deployments.
