West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician to join our Phoenix team, reporting to the Installation Manager. You’ll perform service work on windows, doors, showers, or baths, ensuring safety and quality while keeping customers informed.

Schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 AM. Full-time W2 with overtime, competitive benefits, company-provided tools, a vehicle with gas covered, and a defined career path to grow within the company.

Formación

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer focus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Pride in workmanship and commitment to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customers and review service area with them.
• Perform service on windows, doors, showers, or baths safely.
• Keep customers updated on service progress.
• Obtain required signatures and leave locations clean.
