Job summary
West Shore Home in Richfield, OH is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers, delivering five-star shower installations and bath remodels. You will lead, motivate, and coach staff with support from our General Manager, installation trainers, customer service and operations teams, and regional leadership.
The role emphasizes training, improving processes, and driving customer satisfaction while managing field operations and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industries.
- Proven ability to achieve and report KPIs and manage revenues of $15MM or more.
- Strong leadership with focus on team success and employee engagement.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing your Installation team to install our products effectively and profitably.
- Develop, implement, and improve processes for warehouse operations and pre-installation measurement.
- Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
- Provide training on roles, requirements, and company culture.
- Coach employees to improve effectiveness and meet expectations.
- Continuously improve systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
- Interact with other managers to support and improve the customer journey.
