Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of job related experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience supporting Workiva, including management and administration of approximately 45 workspaces, as well as oversight of additional SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, product capabilities, and strategic objectives associated with the supported platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Experience participating in vendor management activities, including contract reviews, service evaluations, renewal discussions, and negotiations to optimize value and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners while balancing business priorities, risk considerations, and operational needs.
• Experience managing and coordinating PTS (Permit to Send) and PTO (Permit to Operate) activities, including planning, execution, stakeholder communications, risk assessment, issue resolution, and post-implementation review processes.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities.
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements.
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
