Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer located in Charlotte, NC to design and deploy CTI Database Platform services. You will develop IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible, and enable complex deployments through automation while collaborating with engineering and platform teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, strong Python and Bash scripting, and deep DevOps experience.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as Infrastructure Engineer.
2+ years Terraform and IaC experience.
2+ years Ansible playbooks and automation.
2+ years CI/CD toolchains including Git, Jenkins, and Ansible Tower.
2+ years working in a DevOps culture and practices.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.

Responsibilities

Assist in design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform modules, Ansible).
Enable complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
Promote DevOps best practices and automation-first mindset.
Implement database lifecycle actions into PaaS IaC pipelines.
