Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail sales experience, solid product knowledge, and the ability to measure spaces. A high school diploma is preferred; interior design or architecture background is a plus, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail sales experience.
• Product knowledge in window treatments.
• Window treatment background with ability to measure.
• Interior Design, Architecture or Art degree preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening including criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, identify and resolve service issues quickly and efficiently; partner with customer care when needed.
• Compile lists of prospective clients for sales leads from various sources.
• Plan and present quotes, drawings, and product specs; obtain client signoffs before orders.
• Assist displays or demonstrate products, presenting features and benefits of NFM.
