Job summary

Pink’s is hiring window cleaning technicians to serve residential and commercial clients in Huntsville and the North Alabama area. You will perform interior and exterior window cleaning, scrub tracks and screens, and maintain equipment and the work van.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a readiness to work outdoors year-round. A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be comfortable on ladders and able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients
• Clean and scrub tracks, screens, solar panels, and gutters
• Conduct high dusting, soft washing, and power washing of brick, siding, and concrete
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and a tidy work environment including the work van
• Review job estimates and notes before each project to understand the scope of work
• Communicate job details clearly with clients upon arrival
• Complete equipment inventory check-out and check-in for every job
• Conduct post-job walk-throughs to ensure completion and retrieve all equipment
• Notify managers of low inventory or equipment issues
• Represent the company professionally, wearing the provided uniform with pride
• Take ownership of each job and strive for client satisfaction

Compensation

$18 per hour, plus tips, with opportunities to earn commission.
