Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster is hiring for a full-time window cleaning position in Pelham, AL. You will clean windows and related areas at homes and small businesses, mostly ground-level with occasional ladder work, traveling in a company vehicle.

The role starts at $16/hour during a roughly 2-week training period, then moves to pay by performance ($18–$22/hour), with experienced techs earning $25+/hour. Hours are Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work on a ladder occasionally.
• Able to lift roughly 50 lbs and stay on feet all day.
• Reliable and punctual; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, screens, and tracks at residential and small commercial properties.

Fish Window Cleaning has served homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're hiring 1–2 new team members. No background in the trade required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

A day on the job

• Cleaning windows, screens, and tracks at residential and small commercial properties
• Most work is ground-level; occasional ladder use, which we'll fully train you on
• Travel to job sites in a company vehicle
• Interacting with customers and wrapping up each job with a clean, finished result

Pay

• Starting at $16/hour during your roughly 2-week training period
• Moves to performance-based pay after that — most techs land $18–22/hour
• Experienced team members earn $25+/hour
• Paid every two weeks

Hours

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• No evenings, no weekends — ever
• We work in most weather conditions and will always give you a heads-up on what to expect
