84 Lumber is seeking a Window Service Technician to install and maintain windows at construction sites. This full-time, hourly position involves hands-on installation and routine maintenance to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands policy and procedure manuals.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Writes routine reports and correspondence.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain windows on construction sites.
• Screen installation tasks.
• Balance windows during service.
• Replace glass and/or sashes as needed.
• Clean windows after installation.
• Write routine reports and correspondence for a small group.
• Stock inventory and assist with loading/unloading semi-trailers in the warehouse.
