84 Lumber is hiring a Window Service Technician to install and maintain windows at construction sites. The role involves balancing, glass and sash replacement, and site clean-up. You’ll also complete routine reports and support warehouse tasks such as stocking and loading.

The position is full-time with an hourly starting pay of $18, and increases based on experience. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform manual tasks.
• Experience with window installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain windows at construction sites.
• Perform measurements, balancing, glass/sash replacement.
• Clean windows after installation and write routine reports.
• Assist with warehouse duties including stocking and loading.
