ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Houston is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select exterior and interior building products for roofing, remodeling, and construction projects.

The role includes window quoting, answering calls, entering orders, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery. You will need at least 2 years of window quoting experience, good communication, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of window quoting experience is required.
• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in window quoting.
• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
