Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations from post-sale through installation. The ideal candidate has strong window-measurement experience for residential replacement projects and can coordinate crews, suppliers, and clients.

You will inspect project scope, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure work is completed to spec while maintaining safety standards and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• 1–3 years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Professionalism is very important.
• Top notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Take precise measurements at each job site to confirm orders.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer.
• Identify alternative actions and negotiate terms with the customer.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Recruit, screen and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure project is complete to spec and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
