Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Window Measure Technician to visit job sites, take precise measurements of window and door openings, and input data for ordering materials and installation. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and strong customer service, with travel to 2–3 sites per day in a company vehicle.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage administrative tasks while supporting the post-sale process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience
• 2+ years of experience measuring for windows and doors
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and discipline
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate measurements to confirm custom orders (bonus opportunity for accurate measurements)
• Determine the scope of work through inspection of each job site
• Input accurate job site information into our systems to prep for ordering & installs
• Travel between 2-3 job sites per day using a company-provided vehicle
