Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through installation. The role emphasizes accurate window measurements and strict adherence to project scope.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of construction management and window measurement experience, with strong communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer and negotiates terms as needed.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Follows regulatory safety and health requirements.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in staging products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites.
