Lindsay Windows is seeking a Production Technician to join our production area. You will work with hand and pneumatic tools to assemble and inspect window components, meeting daily line standards.

This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 55 lbs, and following safety procedures. We offer 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. Starting at $16.00 per hour with a $2/hour attendance bonus; pay depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
• Lift and transfer 50 lbs. occasionally throughout the day.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self‑inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
