Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate in Rocky Mount, VA for the third shift. The role involves fabricating components for final window assembly in a fast-paced setting with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.

Training may require 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 6a–6p. Responsibilities include mass-producing units, material handling, tool operation, and following work orders. Prior manufacturing and tape measure reading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Prefer manufacturing experience and tape measure reading.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May assist with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions and work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
