Key Responsibilities

• Review in-home projects with Design Consultants as a Project Manager.
• Evaluate the feasibility of remote measurements.
• Coordinate scheduling with the project manager admin for non-remote projects.
• Assist Design Consultants and homeowners with measurements, operation instructions, and installation details.
• Submit measurement files within 24 hours.
• Monitor remote projects for analysis by the Senior Project Manager.
• Verify products and materials needed for installation.
• Complete cut lists and material lists.
• Use Field Service Lightning for detailed notes and photos.
