Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Installer to perform installations and finish work on home remodeling projects in the Duluth area. You will communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and help process final payments at project completion.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Join a growing national brand with local expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role
