Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Window Installer in Fargo, ND to install remodeling products according to our standards and perform finish work as needed. You will communicate with management after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and approve final payments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication with homeowners and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
