The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, along with great communication skills and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include installing home remodeling products, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications
