Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Window Installer to join a growing national network of home improvement professionals. You will install remodeling products to Mad City's standards, apply finish work when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

The role offers a base pay of $32.50 per hour, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. You will work with homeowners and team members to deliver high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role
