Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Lead Installer to join our growing team in Wichita. You will install home remodeling products to our standards, wrapping windows and applying finish work as needed.

This role requires 2+ years of remodeling or carpentry, a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and clear communication with homeowners and crew. We offer a M-F schedule, base pay of $32.50 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
