Job summary

Mad City Windows is seeking a Window Install Helper in Knoxville, TN to install home remodeling products according to our standards and perform finish work as needed. You will communicate with management after installations to ensure customer satisfaction and complete the carpentry checklist with homeowners; a valid driver’s license and 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience are required.

We offer base pay of $20/hr, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• 6 months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
