Job summary

West Shore Home in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a Window Installer to perform safe, high-quality installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols.

The role requires arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, loading materials, visiting customers, installing and trimming, and leaving sites clean. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
