Job summary

West Shore Home in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Window Installation Trainee to join our residential remodel team. This paid training role supports the installation of windows and exterior doors while learning SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn carpentry, remodeling or construction.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
