Join Our Team as a Window Installer in Winston-Salem

As a Window Installer on our Winston-Salem team, you will help us deliver five-star window installation and exterior remodel experiences to our customers, aligning with our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Smartphone or device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication

What You’ll Contribute

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting at our warehouse at 6:30AM, preparing materials, and loading trucks
• Driving to customer homes, greeting clients, and establishing rapport
• Installing windows and exterior doors
• Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring proper cleanup post-installation
• Enjoying steady, year-round work

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30AM
• Position Level: Entry-Level, Associate
