• Install windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Serve as a customer-service specialist and brand steward on the job site.
• Explain the work plan to homeowners and manage expectations for the day.
• Answer homeowner questions and solicit online reviews at job completion.
• Collaborate with homeowners to deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Window installation and remodeling experience.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are in their homes (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job and to communicate with peers and homeowners.
