This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $18.13-37.39 hourly + up to $500 - $615 per period incentive, Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
An Installer ensures work-site set up, performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal, performs work-site tear down and clean up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen’s guidelines.

Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
