Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking an experienced installer to join our on-site team in Wisconsin. This 1099 installer role focuses on installing home remodeling products to our standards, completing final checks with homeowners, and ensuring customer satisfaction to authorize payments.

We require 3+ years of remodeling/carpentry experience, knowledge of baths/windows/kitchens, an established LLC, workers' comp and liability insurance, and strong communication skills with homeowners

Qualifications

3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
Established LLC or business.
Worker's comp and liability insurance.
Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
Apply finish work as needed for every application
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
