Job description

Responsibilities
* Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations; install window and door replacements; adapt product specifications to the installation requirements; utilize a thorough knowledge of all Renewal products
* Service and repair previously installed RbA products
* Make recommendations for process improvement
* Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes
* Inventory service stock area of warehouse and request material replenishment as needed
* Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
* Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough, and completed in a timely manner;
* Portray a professional image with clothing, vehicle, and actions within the home;
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines.
* Willingness to train for advancement opportunities preferred
* Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years
* Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
