Job summary

Andersen Corp. in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled window installer to join our team and deliver high-quality installations for homeowners. You will coordinate with Lead Installer, measure openings, and ensure a clean, precise finish on every job.

The position requires 3+ years in construction or carpentry, plus experience with window installations and strong customer service. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Window installation and remodeling experience required.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• 3 years of construction or carpentry experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Kansas State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Take time to get to know homeowners
• Explain what will happen throughout the day
• Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
• Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
• Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
• Exterior/Interior finish work on all products
