Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry.
• State Contractors license preferred.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation.
• Collaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques.
• Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.
• Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements.
• Provide support for minor service calls as needed.
• General warehouse support.
• Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed.
• Provides direction, training and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets.
