Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Tech to join our team in Minnesota. You will install home remodeling products according to our standards and complete finish work as needed.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, clear communication with homeowners and management, and safety on job sites. A valid driver's license and experience in window replacements are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
