Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Install Helper in Knoxville. You will install home remodeling products and apply finish work per company standards, then confirm completion with the homeowner and management. A valid driver’s license and solid customer service skills are required.

Base hourly pay starts at $20, with a typical M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits. This role offers team collaboration and opportunities for role advancement within a growing national

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures


• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
