84 Lumber is seeking a Window Service Technician to install and service windows at construction sites. This full-time role includes screen installation, window balancing, glass/sash replacement, and post-install cleanup. You will also document routine reports and support warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend basic instructions and documents.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.
• HS diploma or GED or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and balance windows on construction sites.
• Replace glass and/or sashes and perform screen installation.
• Clean windows after installation and write routine reports.
• Assist with warehouse duties including stocking and loading/unloading.
• Prepare brief correspondence for small group presentations.
