Job summary

84 Lumber is hiring a Window Service Technician to install and maintain windows at construction sites. This full-time, on-site role includes screen installation, balancing, glass/sash replacement, and site clean-up.

You will also generate routine reports and assist with warehouse duties while working with a small team. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 80 pounds, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and read simple instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documents, write short correspondence and memos, and effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Ability to periodically lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
• High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and perform maintenance on windows at construction sites.
• Screen installation and balancing windows.
• Replace glass and/or sashes; clean windows after install.
