Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Helper to join our team in Davenport, IA. You will install home remodeling products according to our standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with management and securing final payments.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to interact with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application

Key Qualifications
