Job Purpose

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Window Film Installers. This role is responsible for the precise application of window film on vehicles to ensure a flawless finish that meets our high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Through expert craftsmanship and product knowledge, the Window Film Installer plays a key role in customer satisfaction and the overall success of the installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform precise, high-quality installation of automotive window film, ensuring a flawless finish that meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Treat each customer’s vehicle with uncompromising care, ensuring it is returned in the same or better condition than when received.
  • Follow strict quality guidelines to guarantee durability, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction for every installation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections before and after installation, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure exceptional results.
  • Maintain an organized, professional workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and ready for use.
  • Adhere to project deadlines, completing installations efficiently while maintaining the highest level of precision.
  • Actively contribute to a clean, team-oriented work environment, promoting efficiency and high standards throughout the shop.
  • Educate customers on window film benefits, proper care, and maintenance to enhance their experience and product longevity.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency, uphold service expectations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry techniques, tools, and products through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in window film installation, automotive detailing, or a related field preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
  • Experience with precision-based, hands-on work such as vinyl wrapping, paint protection film application, or similar industries is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise application.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different vehicle types and installation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with fellow technicians and service advisors.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while maintaining a team-first mindset.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in physically demanding positions such as bending, reaching, and maneuvering around vehicles.
  • Comfortable working with hands and small tools for precise applications.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as needed, including film rolls and application tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may require occasional off-site jobs; mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.
