Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Window and door installation/repair experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain or possess a DOT physical.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to Millard Lumber safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and deliver windows, doors, frames, trim, and hardware using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and replace damaged or defective products.
• Work safely from ladders and scaffolding.
• Load and unload materials manually or with a forklift.
• Document service, installation work, and damaged or broken parts.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver products in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Inspect company vehicles and report defects, accidents, violations, or damage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
