Acknowledge any service request from inside/outside sales personnel. Coordinate service work to be done with builder/home-owner in a timely manner. Handle all purchase ordering responsibilities required to fulfill service request.# Supervisory Responsibilities:None# Essential Job Functions:* Customer Service: Develop solid, positive working relationships with sales personnel and our customers. Assist and support sales personnel and customers whenever possible; follow through on commitments.* Supply sales personnel and customers with information on each service request. Present a positive attitude to sales personnel, customers and co-workers.* Problem Solving: Initiates immediate investigation and research when service request is required.
