Job summary

Window Nation is hiring experienced window and door installers to join our Long Island team. This full-time W-2 position offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, year-round work, and a structured wage progression program.

The role installs, replaces, repairs, and services residential windows and doors for homeowners throughout the Long Island market. Starting pay is $40.00/hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window and door installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, repair, and service residential windows and doors
• Measure openings and verify dimensions before installation
• Properly flash, shim, insulate, seal, and finish installations
• Perform minor carpentry and trim work as needed
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe job site
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and proper operation
• Document completed work using a smartphone or tablet
• Perform service and warranty repairs as assigned
