Job summary

Window Nation on Long Island is seeking experienced Window & Door Installers to join our Deer Park-based team. This is a full-time W-2 role with year-round work, competitive hourly pay, and a structured wage progression, plus benefits.

You will install, replace, repair, and service residential windows and doors, measure openings, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across the Long Island market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window and door installation experience.
• 3+ years of flashing, shimming, insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing experience.
• Working knowledge of residential construction and basic carpentry.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, manufacturer instructions, and installation specifications.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, square, and common installation tools.
• Ability to recognize installation defects, unsafe conditions, and structural concerns.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for job documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, repair, and service residential windows and doors.
• Measure openings and verify dimensions before installation.
• Properly flash, shim, insulate, seal, and finish installations.
• Perform minor carpentry and trim work as needed.
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and proper operation.
• Document completed work using a smartphone or tablet.
• Perform service and warranty repairs as assigned.
